THE COMMISSION PROCESS
Individually commissioned vehicles
Each SUPERMUSCLE vehicle is individually commissioned and built to order.
From first contact to final delivery, the process is designed to ensure exclusivity, precision and a fully personalized result.
1 — Inquiry & Consultation
The client submits a commission request and we arrange a private consultation to define the model, design direction and key specifications.
2 — Configuration & Reservation
A tailored proposal is presented.
Once approved, the client secures a production slot through reservation and contract confirmation.
| 3 — Design & Production
The vehicle enters design development followed by engineering and handcrafted production.
Each unit is built individually, combining advanced technology with coachbuilt craftsmanship.
4 — Delivery
After final quality control and client approval, the vehicle is delivered as a fully realized, bespoke automotive piece.

Reservation Terms and Allocation Conditions
1. Reservation Deposit and Confirmation: The payment of the initial reservation deposit secures the applicant exclusive priority on the production allocation list for the SuperMuscle Car. This deposit does not constitute the final purchase of the vehicle; rather, it reserves the exclusive right to configure and manufacture a single unit. 2. Bespoke Nature and Customization: Due to the strictly handcrafted nature of the vehicle—featuring an artisanal, hand-sculpted aluminum body and individual assembly—each unit is considered a bespoke collector's piece. Once the client confirms the final design and customization specifications with our engineering team, the deposit shall become non-refundable, as materials and the tailored manufacturing process will begin exclusively for that specific unit.3. Initial Refund Policy: The initial reservation deposit remains fully refundable at the client's request at any time prior to the execution of the definitive purchase agreement and final technical specifications contract. Once the production contract is signed, the retention conditions stipulated in that document shall apply.4. Non-Transferability of Allocations : he right to a production allocation is strictly personal and non-transferable. The sale, assignment, or auctioning of the reservation slot to third parties without the express, prior written consent of SuperMuscle is strictly prohibited. This policy ensures our clients are fully protected against speculation in the hypercar market.5. Estimated Delivery Schedules: Given the meticulous, manual construction of the aluminum body and the rigorous dynamic testing of the 1,900 PS powertrain, delivery timelines are estimates. These will be communicated transparently throughout the configuration process. SuperMuscle pledges to always prioritize the highest standards of quality over industrial production speed.
